Hey Guys, does anyone know of a butcher around LA that will take wild boar? Going hunting in december, and hoping to get one, just need to find some one to turn it into some good sausage for me.
Thanks
B

I've had Green Acres butcher a few of my hogs and had good luck with them. They don't smoke hams but their german sausage is outstanding.

I also have had great luck with Green Acres. I prefer their breakfast sausage. The Italian sausage, and cajun sausages are a little spicey. Maybe real good for a big ol boar though.

The old fashioned Country butcher in Santa Paula did great work on dad's boar in March, cam out to about $2 per pound for a bunch of kielbasa, breakfast sausage, smoked hams, and all the other cuts as well.

He is a good guy and does good work.
