I have recently read a publication in Calif. Game and Fish Magazine on this area, as well as other public land pig hunt areas. Just wondering if anyone has hunted this area, and can give any good info on hunting this area. I don't plan to hunt it till after July 1st, when the new tags are good. I also plan to bowhunt. Are there ample camping areas there, primitive or otherwise? What about ohv use in this area, is it permitted? Wanna bag my first hog this year, or give it a try and this area seems to be the closest to my home, I live in Yucca Valley, Ca.
