Thanks for the advise! I agree with you Cecil, I guess we will have to go in with my GPS and flag the corners and work a 100 feet or so inside the "lines."

I saw LD wearing a wool jacket the other day! AS perhaps, that is what happened to your sheep?

Congratulations!

I don’t know what the surveyors are charging, but if you are going to put in a fence and have a dozer do some work, it may be well worth your wile to have a licensed surveyor do the work. That way everything is nice an legal so if one of the neighboring land owners raises a big huff about what you are doing, you have surveying records that are admissible as court evidence. We had problems here at the park with boundaries and wound up loosing nearly 150 acres of land once the neighbors lawyers got done with us!
