Pig roast

I am looking for a place that will roast a whole pig onsite. Anyone know of a company in Northern CA (Stockton / Sacramento area) that caters things like this? It is for a company BBQ so they need to do all the work...setup, cook, and clean up after themselves.

Any help or a point in the right direction would be awesome!!!
