OK when I pop this first pig, I got the skinning and gutting down, (no real biggy) but what about the organs, liver heart are they the same a deer or d they have some make your dick grow like the gallbladder of a bear?
Has anyone rendered the fat down to lard? is it any good we use bacon grease for almost every thing was jut wondering if the raw pig fat would be better?
