Pig with a Knife

Going to Kauai next week and i booked a pig hunt and my weapon will be a knife for the first pig #2 will be with my Bow.
Any body here ever do it?

Most guides want their clients to use a specific type of knife, so talk to your guide. Generally, they have chase dogs and pinning dogs, the pinning dogs are only released when the pig is bayed. There is usually 2 pinning dogs, each grabbing an ear. The guide then grabs the hind legs of the pig and pulls them back disabling the animal. Once this is done, and then dogs have a good hold on the ears, the client straddles the pig and thrusts the knife into the chest cavity and pushes it down in/through the heart dispatching the animal (the whole time being careful of the dogs). Once the dogs pin the pig, this process should take no longer than a minute, as it dangerous for dogs and humans alike.
