Pigs around Austin Texas

I have a friend comming down to Austin next week to visit his "INLAWS=

) He aked me to check around and see if there might be a place he might shoot a pig or two. Can anyone

Melvin... I am not sure about Austin, but there are plenty of pigs right up the road around San Antonio... Might have to find a guide though if you don't know anyone around there....

There are plenty of pigs in the Austin area, but not many places to hunt them. Most of the land is residential unless you get into surrounding counties like Hays, Burnet etc.. Abut 45 minutes south of austin you can do a lot of pig hunting in the Comal county (new Braunfels area) and also in San Antonio Area like Coondog said.
