Finally, scored a hunt on a ranch near Pismo for tomorrow and need to know of a place that will process a hog....sausage, smoked hams. Anybody out there have a butcher of choice in that area???

There used to be information for a meat locker and butcher, in Arroyo Grande I think, on the front door at Four Seasons Outfitters on Higuera in San luis Obispo. If the flyer isn't still there, the guys inside would know about the butchers in the area.

There are several good butchers and meat processors in the area but these are some I have used:
Phils in Grover City 805-489-8210
Ralphs in Paso Robles 805-466-2114 (try the Hawaiian or the jalapeno cheese sausages)
Old Country Deli used to be in San Luis Obispo, but don't know now...

Call four seasons outfitters in SLO...or try calling the sportsman in arroyo grande. Those are two hunting shops that should be able to point you in the right direction. The guys in four seasons are usually a lot friendlier...I like to give them my business

Again, this site is GREAT with all the help, I appreciate each one that replied, If I get my pig I'm gonna try Ralphs the Hawaiian and Jalepeno sausage sounds awesome...
