-->ROSEBURG, Ore. — Authorities say four hunters from Springfield have been charged after three dead elk were found northwest of Roseburg.
Oregon State Police say Fish & Wildlife Division troopers reported finding a pair of pickup trucks loaded with two dead cow elk Saturday in the Bateman Ridge area.
