I guess we'll all have good and bad days but I'd say if your hunting with a rifle it should be a done deal. Two other brush beating camps tagged out as well. I think it might all depend on how much work you're willing to put in. If your an archery only guy, it's real tough. The winds are constantly going every direction and the rifle guys make the pigs real skittish. Are you a strictly archery type
type of guy?
Hunt hard and smart all day and you will kill pigs. Hunt a few hours in the morning and a few in the evening, and you could go home with a clean tag. We always get our hogs at Tejon. Some have been shot at high noon, while others were back at camp. Pack a lunch and a lot of water, (and rope,) and put in a serious day of hunting. No doubt, you could pop your pork in the first half hour of the hunt, but that's the exeption. Plus, it feels good to take your game after really putting forth a serious effort. Kinda like deer hunting, but the odds are much better.
