Was scouting around east of Bakersfield and got lucky on a small pig" looked a lot bigger in the scope though".

Good job on the hog. Is that a Remington? Looks like my old 06, great shooting gun, to bad I sold mine.

Congrad on the hog. Looks like the old Remington model 4. The kids broke in and got it out of my gun case, and then I found it years later under my deck. It was solid rust.

It's a Remmington 7400 in 30.06, used a handload topped with 165 grain Barnes MRX.

A group of 3 walked out into an opening 40 yards out..bad mistake for one of them.

Nice lookin pig. Those smaller hogs sure taste a whole lot better than an old stinky boar.
