Congrats to all of you on what sounds like a very fun weekend. Thankyou for taking time to tell us about it and posting pictures. I've never been to Tejon, but from all I have seen, it is truly a paradise.

The fact that your wife likes to hunt is a double bonus. If I want to spend a weekend with mine, I have to go to the mall.......

Wow, all I can say is these were some super nice people.. It was a pleasure sharing a camp with Dave, Lori, and Mike.
And what a hunting team... 61 yds very nice Lori.[/b]

Thanks Rusman! We all got lucky with camp Everyone clicked real well and that sure makes it nice. I've been in a few camps with some real knuckleheads. Its no fun.

Thanks again!

Sunday night we out for a drive with our host Ron...he took us up the side of a big Mtn where Speck and him had seen pigs the night before. After stopping to take a look, we spotted about 15 hogs and my buddy John was able to sneak into 20 yards and get a great shot. The hog rolled sixty yards and pilled up against a tree. Just after my buddy shot, I went down to his location and had a hog at 60 but passed. Several minutes later, we had two hogs come back in! I had a nice 150 pound sow at 20 but she was behind branches. Another hog had moved above us an we go winded--game over!

Here are a few pictures:

Way to go, John!

There were a ton of hogs up there, but we just kept driving into them Saturday night. Glad ya'll were able to spot 'em and get on them on Sunday. I knew that spot would produce!

Ron sure knows that ranch, huh?

Awesome pics! Give John another big high five for us. That was too cool for him to get that pig. It sure seemed like he was pretty excited to get him. Great pic of the group, too. If memory serves me, right about then that trouble making Patron was making an appearance. LMAO!!!

Neat video Spec! My wife came up with the name Van Gogh (sp?) for him. Pretty appropriate....

Kentuck, I was a little concerned about her too, at first. I mean, we're a pretty uncouth and filthy bunch of laggarts and louts with no more manners than the hogs we were hunting.

But then, the very first afternoon, she came strolling around the corner with a fifth of Jack in one hand and the Captain in the other. I knew right then that she'd fit in just fine.

I figured as much. Any woman that can lay the smack down on pigs with a bow is sure to fit in fine in any camp.
