A quality deer management short course is being offered on Sept. 15, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m., at the Raymond Maritz Theatre at Maritz, Inc., 1375 North Highway Drive in Fenton. Instruction will be by experts with the Quality Deer Management Association. Tickets are $30, which includes refreshments, from QDMA, 800-209-3337.
