I can't help you micknick, I've never heard of that ranch. Looks like it's in a good area.
I do wish folks that throw a website up like that would have someone do it that knew how to make a webpage. The pics page there has about 13 pics and they are almost 2 megs each. Way WAY too large a file for those images. That's over 20 megs to download just to look at pics. I thought my computer had an issue and was about to bail when I realized it was the pics taking so long to load. They could reduce them pics to under 100K each in file size and the page would load much faster. Hello webmaster and owners of the guide service? Imagine being on a dial up or slow access? Ouch.
