Quick, someone loan me $2.6M

So, every once in awhile I'll take a slow windy drive home on Morgan Territory Rd behind Mt Diablo if I don't feel like dealing with traffic. On the drive there's this one pretty little meadow right off the road that stands out, mostly because I always see turkeys in it.

Well I took that road home yesterday and what do you know, there was a "For Sale" sign on the fence right by the meadow. Decided to look it up and bam, 260 acres of what I'm guessing would be very good hunting land, right in the bay area.

The downside, $2.6M. Yikes!

Wonder if there are any pigs there? One of the pics looks like it shows rooting, but I'm not sure if the area east of Mt Diablo holds pigs or not.

Who wants to buy it and let me hunt?

Hard to say for 100% but sure looks like rooting to me. There was some recent news about pigs in San Ramon so I'm sure there are pigs in Clayton, and all around Mt. Diablo for that matter.

I'll see if I can scrounge up 1.3 mil and we'll split it?

There are lots of pigs there. Tons.

Also turkey, blacktail and quail.

That property is outside the Mount Diablo state game refuge if I am placing the photos correctly, so if you can pony up the cash you should be g2g!

Honestly, look into mines road and mount hamilton area south of Livermore for better prices. Still pricey though...

Tell you what: You need a buyers agent. So, hire me and I am willing to give $5000 of my commission to go towards the closing costs of you the buyer. BUT I do get to hunt that land. Dont worry I dont really care about the deer or the pigs. I do upland only. Quail and dove.
