I hate big dots in sights, they cover too much up at 200yds +. I've always gone with 1 MOA on my hunting scopes. What about on a AR?

For those wondering about MOA, that mean Minute Of Angle. At 100 yds a 1MOA dot will cover 1 inch. A 4 MOE will cover 8 inched at 200 yards etc. You can see the problem with a 4 MOA if you're looking at a small target at say 250 yds.

Aimpoint has the T1 and H1 in 2 MOA and 4 MOA and the M4 in 2 MOA.

I'd like to be able to engage small targets out to 300 yds without covering them up so 2 MOA at least? That 1 MOA on the EOTECH is sure inviting.

Talk to me MOA red dot users.
