These Elk sheds were found in 1998 in Lewistown, Montana by Ken Jaeger. The Elk sheds grossed a total of 393. One side scored 53 inches and the other side scored 51 inches.

The sheds were stolen from a Lewistown Taxidermist in Montana on June 14, 2007. I am not sure but I read that the reward was up to $7000 but one site I read had it at $1000.

Any one with any information concerning this matter may contact Lewistown Police Dept. and speak with Dave Sanders or Trinton Gamas at 406- 535-1800 your help would be greatly appreciated.

Interesting about the elk sheds. I think you must be a little off on your measurments though no way the total score is 53 and 51 inches per side. Are you talking about the main beam length?
