Any idea on how many guns they are raffling off? This sounds like it would be fun to attend. I may just be up for this one. Maybe some fellow JHO'ers can reserve their own table.

I think the number of guns being raffled off will depend on how many $500 table tickets are sold. I believe for every $500 table, there will be a gun raffled off that includes 2 dinners. So, a 4 way split on a table would probably be about $600 or $150-$200 each--would have to ask though.

Anyone else interested in splitting a gun table?

We haven't quite sold out. So, there's room for a few walk ins this coming Friday~!

Give me a PM or call Ron (top of posting) to assure a spot. Some nice rifles will be raffled.

Come win a rifle in Ripon and then a Quad in Bakersfield~!

Oh, ...got a few unit 6C landowner tags (limited time) next to the Baca available if interested.

Mel, I'd love to go to the Livermore MDF function as well~! ***Catch 22***

A deranged buddy of mine beat all the rail gun owners there in the valley by turnin' his brass just right at an open event at their range...was quite a site. Gotta luv it. Practice, practice, practice...luck, luck, luck.....maybe even more luck~!

You'll have a great time no doubt~! It's all good.

I think the local chapter rounded up quite a bit for the RMEF last Friday~! It might be tough to drum up as much as the Redding banquet did but maybe Bakersfield has a good chance to!

I was solo and ended up being seated @ one of the organizer's table because it was one of the few empty seats. A fellow sitting next to me bid on and won a great guided elk hunt in Wyoming's Teton National Forest for $3k. A guided stag hunt in NZ went for $6k. And a beautifully engraved banquet rifle--1874 Sharps went for over $2k.

I was within 10 numbers of winning a rifle twice. A couple fellows at the table won rifles and a few other things.

It was good to meet local hunters and it was a fun time~!

Wish I could of been in two places at once, it would have been nice to meet up. There's a CDA banquet coming up in I think June, it's the Eastern Sierra chapter. Maybe we could hook up there. Anyhow, good luck this year!
