Yeah, I kinda cheated. Dad sent me a pic of the same bull a couple days ago. Maybe even be the same day as he described it about the same...falling asleep out in the sun. I grew up in Sutherlin, where my folks still live and Dad stopped for pics on the way down fishing out of Reedsport. I've got about 1500 pics of those elk over the years. It's worth a trip to see them during the rut...nothing like brawling elk to get the blood flowing!
