Do you realize how hard it is to try and get a pic of a cockbird out my truck window - after my pup has already seen it? Good thing it was so cold here , all the bird wanted to do was hunker down out of the wind.
I was half tempted to let the pup out and try and get a flushing photo but we just snapped a couple pics and let him be. I'll try going back up here today and see if I can't get some pics of him walking around.

Nice shots... a pic of your pup chasing him would have been great (you would probably get in trouble for harassing the bird, lol).

I usually end up with nice Sharp photos of the grass and brush unless I remember to shift to manual focus, Good job.
