RugerPhoto.com Searches for the New Faces of Ruger

Southport, Connecticut - Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc. (NYSE:RGR) is pleased to announce the launch of a new version of the Company's photo website, www.rugerphoto.com>www.rugerphoto.com. The updated site is designed to attract the new faces of Ruger Firearms by encouraging Ruger fans to upload photos for possible use in future Ruger advertising and marketing materials. For any photos submitted that Ruger posts on the website, the person submitting the photo will receive a $10 Ruger gift certificate, and if a photo is used in printed Ruger marketing materials, the submitter will receive a $500 gift certificate to use toward a Ruger firearm, accessories or merchandise!
"We are very excited about the prospect of using more customers in our advertising and marketing materials," said Kevin Reid, Director of Marketing at Ruger. "For years we have been getting letters and photos from customers extolling the virtues of rugged and reliable Ruger firearms and, with the advent of affordable digital photography, we developed this new website with the express purpose of helping our customers display their Ruger pride," he concluded.
The new site has multiple photo galleries reflecting the varied interests of Ruger owners. The number of galleries will continue to grow, and the following are the current categories:
"Tricked Out" Ruger 10/22® Rifles - A tricked out 10/22 demonstrates personality, confidence and pride. It doesn't rest in a gun cabinet - it begs to be used. This is the perfect place to show-off your one-of-a-kind Ruger 10/22.
Ruger Gallery - Maybe it's been in your family for generations; maybe you just bought it yesterday; or maybe you've been a collector for years. No matter the reason, if you're proud of your Ruger, show and tell us about it in the Ruger Gallery.
Trophy Room - This room is reserved for those once in a lifetime moments that leave you with a hunting story worth repeating. We want to hear that story - and see the photo that backs it up.
Friends & Family - From plinking to competitive matches, shooting sports create many opportunities for family and friends to spend time together. Photographs of time well spent with good people and good Rugers should fill this photo gallery.
