Nice pigs, I guess all of Iran isn't desert lol.
First, no not all of Iran is desert, there are many forests full of trees and lots of greenery, thats why so many pigs can be supported in the ecosystem.Originally posted by Greenleaf+Dec 30 2003, 06:47 PM--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Greenleaf @ Dec 30 2003, 06:47 PM)</div><!--QuoteBegin-jmabbott888That was the first thing I noticed, too. Also, do those guys partake of the pork? I thought that was verbotten in Islam. [/b]
When the Shah of Iran was in power (before the current radical government), the US had a good relationship with Iran. Because of this many American products, as well as Americans, came to Iran. There was a Bob's Big Boy 4 blocks from my house when I was a kid (in Iran), ran by Americans.Originally posted by Delloro@Dec 30 2003, 10:29 PM
Chevy pickups and Jeeps in Iran????
Thanks, but none of my family members live around that area. It is mostly a village area with old brick houses (thats why there was the high casualty rate).Originally posted by fairchase@Dec 30 2003, 10:57 PM

Great photos, thanks for sharing.
I hope your entire family is safe and well since the earthquake.
