All I know is, thats what the guy i know is doing to be competitative to get most of all the government contracts. He's doing state parks, water districts, California national parks and just about every other larger hog problem in the state like the one in SD and other larger public and private lands. Its his sole business.
We'll just do our own hog removal service. Let's call it a JHO member feral swine removal party. If a member get's on a group of porkers in the Cleveland Nat'l Forest break loose with the coordinates. If given timely intel by reliable sources I always have a tank of gas and the time and energy to give an area a good look see. We wouldn't need anything except what we all have already , a hunting license. I'm heading out there midweek next week. Wish me luck. Because when I do see my first oinker in the CNF, I'm gonna provide the location (in a private fashion) to any JHO member that wants it. Why should the feds have all the fun ?:mooning:
We aren't looking to support anyone or even be competitive in the area of actually being a legitimate company, just to do small jobs, more hunting than trapping. If we have to buy a trap to get on private property, than we make that decision then. Otherwise, I would say, let's just incorporate if insurance looks like it will be manageable, and then bid out the contract, or get our names out that we want referral for private removal needs. I will look into insurance this week. Who is taking the point on this, that I should get back to?
