Any other day besides that day and the pigs may not be there. Things falls together at the right place at the right time. And Friday was the right time at the place. We did went back on Saturday as well, but the morning glassing yield only bird hunters with shotguns on the hills.

My dad used to tell stories that he had good dreams of beautiful girls set a date at a romantic place for them to meet and when he got there the girl was all over him. Then he would wakeup early in the morning and go hunting. The hunt usually yield harvast of nice animals.

Well that Thursday night/Friday morning, I had a dream that I was at the bar drinking with friends. The lead waitress in the bar, a nice full figure black lady wearing bikini, insisted only to serve me and nobody else. My friend that drove me to the bar decided to leave the two of us alone and he left the bar, telling me to call him to pick me up when we are done. As soon as my friend walked out the door, the phone behind the counter rang really loud and as the waitress got up from lap to go answer the phone, I awoke to my phone ringing. I answered my phone and it was my buddy giving me a wakeup call that we were going to meet at the parking lot at 4am and go hunting. I looked at the clock and it was only 2:13am. I went back to bed and try to fall asleep to continue the fantasy in my dream, but it didn't come back. So I got up and start getting ready to head out the door. I guess now I'm a believer on what my dad have been telling me.

There are hogs to be taken from public land by anyone who will spend the time and effort to get them. If there's sign, there's pigs. You just have to be in the same place at the same time, and that means going back time and again.
