Scorpions, blacklights and a long exposure.

I caught an Arizona Hairy Scorpion on a sticky trap and thought it would be fun to wait until dark to photograph it using a blacklight.

Equipment used to take the shot.

Nikon D90 (set on Manual mode.)
Nikkor 70-200 F/2.8 Telephoto lense
Canon 500D Close-up lense (screwed into the front of the lense)
Bogen Tripod
Blacklight
Scorpion
