According to my cam about 50% of the bucks that are coming into my corn have shed. This is in western wisconsin where we have nearly 2 feet of snow and have had temps -40 with highs around 0. I think that every individual herd is different in the times that they will drop their sheds. A few miles from my place I would guess that 80% of the bucks are still holding.

In Utah maybe roughly 60% holding. Weather is in the 30's and sunny.

Still packin here in reno, will be until mid march. We don't have any snow on the ground in the mountains so finding sheds this year could be tough. No snow means they can go anywhere.

I've only heard of a handful of sheds found so far in Kansas. The big matched set that White posted up here, and a friend of a frined found a couple taking down tree stands.
We've had dry, mild weather for the last 2 months... there's plenty of food from last falls bumper crops and we've had no severe weather whatsoever to stress them until yesterday and todays skiff of snow. And I wouldn't call it severe to wildlife.

I have pictures of 15 to 18 bucks on my trail cameras over the last three weeks, so they tell me that every buck is still holding as of Sunday.
