got up to ranch caretaker told me rattler was in our shooting range and he had seen a few that got away. just got truck unloaded and was letting dogs out of kennel luckily had been parinoid about snakes and had dogs on lease walked around motor home and tring to sneek under it was a 3.5 foot thick rattler glad i had unloaded everthing threw dogs in truck grabbed the 44 and shotshells and blasted him through a spot in the fender well that snake shot did a number on him . almost everybody i talked to had seen or had killed a rattler lately be careful its nice pretty and geen out there now but watch were you step

It's only takes a few warm days to get them out and about.

yah funny you brought it up. I had to kill a rattlesnake yesterday. I was under a bale of hay at my sister n laws. We were feedin the horses before our mothers day bbq.

Sometimes I think the rattler is Vandenbergs base mascot. I see alot of them up there.
