Went to Yosemite this weekend for a little vacation with the wife, sister and brother in-law. Here are a couple of shots. There was snow in the high country, nice in the valley, no people, lots of animals. Off season is the best time there and winter is my favorite, I'll be going back in February.
First view of Yosemite Valley on the way in on highway 120. Half Dome in the center and El Capitain on the left.
El Capitain seen on the way into the valley on the road. For those that don't know, this rock face is almost 3000 feet tall and sheer vertical.
Yosemite falls. Not flowing real well this time of year.
This is the Ahwahnee Hotel. Nice place in the summer if you have $800 to blow for a night.

Only a 3x2 but some nice width !!!!
