White Mountains of Arizona.

Brings back fond memories of chasing cow elk for five years in the White Mountains. It was an archery special tag in efforts to move the cows off of private property in and around town. Five years one shot and one 50 yard miss but a lifetime of memories! Thanks for sharing BOHNTR

All of AZ elk is a draw, except for limited success areas where they want them removed (lower country). The unit I live in is only archery and muzzleloader, so there’s quite a few elk and some pretty decent bulls.

Yup…..they have actively logged the last three year here in the White Mountains. Healthy forest.
