I took this picture yesterday while heading up for the last weekend of B zone. At first I thought it was a Taco Bell dog but after looking closer. It was a porker....

yeah, that little piggy is one lucky critter. 100 yds behind them was a coyote and I think they were plotting something but that little piggy had some muscle with him....

I can't recall the name of the breed, but it looks like a shepherd's dog to me.

Looks like an a Great Pyrenees livestock guard dog but the hair is pretty short. Probably the saving grace for the few sheep ranchers who are still toughing it out....These guard dogs live with the sheep and think they ARE a Sheep.

Do you think the pig is an adopted ranch pet?

I don't know but if I see him on public land without the dog and 100 heavier, he's eating lead for sure....

Maybe its one of those liberal guilt pigs who felt ashamed after what happend to Ole Yeller and wants to bridge the culture gap that the media has damaged for so many years. That pig is truly a pioneer in Dog Hog relations maybe we can vote on legalizing the marriage on the next ballot...
