How dare you! YOU OWE ME...how soon we forget all the firefighting employment research I did for you the other day. I even got Lurediver to take half of a semester of EMT schooling before he dropped the class to pursue his dream of selling shoes 7 days a week. I, like Lurediver, am chasing my dream. Just because you are upset that I have gone outside the box, and embraced my inner spear hunter, is no reason to make fun of me! This post has awakened something inside of me. Shame on you! Someday, when you are a famous outdoor writer, will you make fun of those that don't hunt like you? I think not!

I think I see the underlying theme in this thread...it's not a Spears vs Bows war, more like a California VS Texas debate. We all know the Texas would obviously win, I mean you guys got San Francisco c'mon.

Bogardi – I hunted in TX last Feb and I had a great time. No one said I could take my Javelinas with a spear, but there is always next time.

Maybe next time I can hunt with rocks. The cavemen did it that way and its harder then spear hunting.
