Mike, even if they don't even spot a legal critter (which I doubt) then will have a blast. The first hog hunt on the weekends is the 25th. I'd love to meet up with any/all of the guys on a weekend or weekday either before or after they hunt your place. I talk to BC quite a bit so I'm sure if there is a way to hit Sonoma before or after your hunt we'll work it out.

Bottom line, I'm easy and eager... don't matter if it's a half day, full day, or overnighter with campfire and abundant malt beverages (my personal favorite)... all appeal to me. I lived in Santa Rosa from '87 to '93 and still have several friends there, so I've got a place to stay nearby, regardless.

Speck, FT, Kentuck, et al., what say you?

Don't worry, I've come home empty handed "once or twice" in my life... it beats working!

Hey Rancho... don't go getting all jealous and stuff. Mike don't allow none of that brokeback stuff up yonder.

As to the dates... I'm eager to hunt, so hitting it on the 11th only is fine by me.

Here's a thought, put in for the Lake Sonoma Turkey hunt draw and maybe get drawn for that weekend and hunt turkeys on the 12th

My Idaho plans have changed and it looks like I would be back for that weekend. Will just have to see if the wife will allow me out of the house.

If necessary, offer to trade a trip to the outlet mall in Vacaville for a hunting hall pass. Works every time.

Oh fer Pete's sake, that's what we're afraid of!

Anyway, just today I got an e-mail from the JHO store that a half-dozen 125 grain Montec G5's are in the mail to me too...

...and that's all I'm gonna add
