got this setting up a game cam in that secret spot you told me about....these may be the same 2 hogs...a boar and a sow....but in the other pics there were 2 boars and a few other hogs.....for some reason when I asked k-mart to put my pics on a CD they only put these ones on the disk.

for some reason only got night pics......some monday night and the rest tuesday night....might have a setting for night only.....should have at least picked up a squirrel or blue jay in the day time.....and the quail were thick around there....going to try again and see if there's a setting on the cam for time....be nice to know what time they come in...if they come in the evening or more towards morning....

Could be very useful information, indeed.

I don't see many game cam pics of small birds like jays and quail. I'm wondering if it would even pick them up. I imagine you could get some good info in the Game Cam forum, though.

we originally got this cam for enviromental use...it pics up kangaroo rats so I don't see why it won't get jays and quail and specially squirrels.....not that I want any of these.......just for fun I scanned a pic of the boar standing where I was in the daylight....he's positioned exactly where the pic of him was which is the same distance from the cam as me......I'm 5'10"....how big do you think he is? 150#?

Game cams definately should pick up birds. I once put mine on a guzzler thinking it would get some huge mulies in Kaibab. 24 birds within the next 2 hours. Not one deer.
