Does anyone know of a game processer around Stockton? I need to find one. I called most of them from JHO but they were either gone or did not process wild game. Looking for someplace to make some sausage after this weekends hunt. Yeah maybe a little premature but I figure one of these days I will bring home the bacon!

I have used East Side Meats in Lodi for deer and pigs, don't know if he's still around or not. The owner was a hunter and a nice guy.

Now I'm pretty loyal to famous Swingle's Meat in Jackson, unless I do it myself.

Swingles does a great job, and they are not that far from you...

Also try Lockford meats in Lockford... FYI, wild game needs to be dropped off "hospital clean"...

If I had a choice between Swingles and Lockford though, it's Swingles all the way (or do it myself).

I use Kountry meats in Elk Grove, Sacto. There is also Dee's meats in Galt.

Fagundes in Manteca makes some real good dried sausage sticks from wild boar.
