A friend and I harvested this 6 X 5 about 2 weeks ago, not the biggest but he eats up great. We bugled him into a clearcut the night before, too dark to take a shot that night by the time he came out. Went back the next morning and bugled but he didn't answe, 20 minutes later spotted him cutting through some trees on edge of clearcut.
one shot with a 25-06 at 150 yrds and he went about 40'.
