Karstic,
They only fogged when I zipped up my jacket and they were inside, cleared when they were out exposed. .
I assume you mean they fogged up on the outside.

Karstic,
I meant when the binos were inside my jacket. If it started to rain or got cold I'd zip up - the warmth acted as a sauna and the binos fogged on the outside of the lens. No biggie - it cleared as soon as I unzipped my jacket.

DukeMaster,
Yes, the Howa also comes in a 270. I'm only a beginning hunter so I don't know a lot about rifles. I choose the Howa for a couple of reasons: 1. a great price for a good rifle; 2. Howa also makes (or made) the actions and other components for the Weatherby Vanguard, the S&W 1500 and the Mossberg 1500 - they're all virtually the same rifle; 3. Although not a legendary name, the Howa does have a good reutation for accuracy and reliability. It worked for me. You may want to check out www.legacysports.com they are the importers for Howa. Good luck

Good job on the hog. Now every time you pass a hill side or mountain you are going to catch yourself staring and seeing if you spot animals. It's addicting.

Wildone:

Dood, i bet your uncle would have got a pig if he didnt wear all that camo with the bright blue gators! I hope you and your bro gave him plenty o crap for it!

I wonder if I could legally hunt pig with a 5 round clip in my MAK90? It is a pretty accurate rifle, and I can get a scope mount for it. Anyone here know?

Hey Bro, I mean Wild1, You forgot to mention your campground and rotten crotch! Besides that, I was glad to see you score the nice PIG. Have you been able to drop a snicker since being home?

That's sick!!!

For the rotten crotch, may I suggest taking desinex along next time, it really wipes out rotten crotch fast!

As for the snicker.... uh, try several bean burritos, a lot of coffee, and a big fat cuban!!!

... works everytime!
