I don't think they're getting the rain we are.

They should be thankful they aren't up here in the Doon Docks - 3" today, 9" since Wednesday....

I'm about forty minutes south of there and we have no rain....just been partly cloudy.

I was working in Malibu just west of the boys tonight and no rain, but's it's rolling in now.

I did hear Air 5 on the radio doing a rescue up near Tejon. Something about a one armed man waded in on a pissed off boar and was attacked and hooked in the leg.

Here's a quick update:

Yesterday a monster boar hit the ground, but only after a few arrows and some close up battle. From what i hear, it was around 200# hanging and a bit mean. The lucky hunter shoots traditional, any guesses? Did spec finally score? I ain't telling!

Congrats to him and can't wait to see the pics and hear the story first hand.

So as of last night, one pig in the cooler.

I just talked to BDB, also known as the cabin-beeatch for the weekend... I heard that Speckmisser indeed drew blood, but as usual there's more to this story and I'll wait for him and Orso to do the story justice.
