Does anyone know the price of the membership? And what you get with it? Can you hunt pigs anytime you want?

there is a post about this sum were. I think you can also buy more guest passes and also more pig tags. You can buy a guest pass for $100. A extra pig Tag is $250. But as with any ??s. There seems to b sum grey area or un clear answers. I have been told that guest can not hunt the ranch. But also I have been told and read that guest can hunt. I am not sure what is right. But if you can just buy extra tags and passes all year long. Maybe its good for one guy to get a member ship and than just take friends all year long. $350 a pig would b the best price around. Maybe even charge 450 or 500 and make a few bucks. Or at least it would seem. This is for sure not sum thing I would ever do. I am just bringing it up for chit chat....

Spring access will be similar but we get more access like this year.
This is the lowest priced membership for single person!

Guest passes are good for 48 hrs only, and it's hunt or no hunt!
Pig tags are $250 per person and only good for those 48 hrs.
Extra passes are $100 a person

Kcavnit is right on I talked to Jodi too and she sent me the information by email. Too rich for my blood now. I had just talked myself into spending the $2000 and they almost doubled it. You do get more pigs but man it's still a little high for me. She said they have not settled on pricing for the Spring hunts yet so my guess is they are going up as well. So basically almost twice the price and half the area. Oh well I still have my memories of Tejon.

thank you for the info guys. Way to rich for me now. But nice to get the right info. I was told by one member that guest can not hunt but just go along for the ride. So that's a good thing to clear up. At $350 for a 2 day hunt ( 100 for pass 250 for tag) That's the best deal around. Now I just got to make friends with a member. lmao to bad we do not spend our holidays with Jodi's husbands family any more. :smiley_doh:

Maybe they will use the extra money to pave the roads so members can drive their BMW's on the ranch. I can only imagine what the other prices went to for deer/turkey and Elk! The price can still be justified when you compare it to the cost of 4-5 pigs with a guide though.

I got the Fall Membership info package. The price increase was one turn-off, but the biggest turn-off was the hunting area for the Fall membership excluded the "sit in chair under shaded tree, shoot hog, and lift into truck tailgate" spot, aka tire track and human track virgin road.

guys word is that spring will be $3000 with more pigs as well!
limited members to 70 is what jodi said for fall access,
u guys dont see whats going on here????
more pigs, less people... diminsh both populations so when development starts less whining from members, and pig population under control???? just a thought?
feel free to chime in guys..
But for the time being I will continue to join since i get my $ worth of hunting up there. I dont think ive missed more than 5 fridays all year...

Dues went up to put in a helipad for the guys who are members, that way they can land their personal helicopters at the ranch where a limo can take them to the 5-star accommodations. There they will meet the PH's who can drive them around in a Land Rover and the trackers will be available to find animals.

Ok sour grapes, just being a smart a$$.
