Tejon question

My dad was thinking about getting the spring family membership at Tejon along with a pig addition. However, he does not hunt and I would be the one hunting the pig. My question is whether the primary spring access holder is the only one who can take the pig or is it avaliable to anyone in our family (me

Actually I'll probably end up using my CVA muzzleloader, so I need to get some Barnes Spitfire TMZ's.
