Management hunt is $550 + $15 insurance. I hunted the south side last Dec. and manage to shoot a 170lbs boar. Our group are planning on going again the end of the month if weather permits.rayin :
We had some good luck and some bad luck. Saw a ton of pigs out there.
My buddy got his 160lb'er off hunters ridge. In the fifth picture he shot the pig by the rocks and it tumbled to the tree line.
The hog hanging is someone else's 300lb'er
Management hunt is pay $500 / per person to get on (allowed 1 pig, I can't remember if you can pay more for another one)
You can also try the DFG share program. It happens the same days as the management hunts but its a draw. So like $11 bucks can get you like a $1000 worth of hunting. If you win the draw you get to bring a hunting partner (each are allowed 1 pig) http://www.dfg.ca.gov/wildlife/hunting/share/
