the last paragraph mentions the intent to build new urban centers 26,000 homes , golf courses (multiple) and shopping centers. the beginning of the end!

Our hunting is doomed on the ranch.....let's hope that they find an extinct frog or flower and halt all building ASAP.... We were up the last weekend of jan and they were putting in a large water line up bear trap.
