Private land. You want a voice in what they do with it, buy their stock and vote.

I'm just sorry I didn't join years ago (didn't take my buddy's advice).

Otherwise, it's their land they can do what they want.

Like it was said before, enjoy it while it lasts.

Man......you guys sound like this is the last piece of hunting ground left in the USA. It makes me kinda sad that so many rely on just one ranch to fulfill their hunting needs. Enjoy it while it lasts (5-25 years), but take this as a kick in the butt to start exploring more. Find new areas to hunt and find game be it more private ranches or, heaven forbid, public property (GULP!!!!).

Tejon is a special place. Once you stand on the ridges there you'll understand. Kind of like the Pauns, the Kaibab etc.

Indeed it is. And that's not just because I've spilled my own blood on its soil (LOL).

Or, you can try to convince the people of CA to buy it for hunting preserve.
