Does anyone know how to prevent the "splice" lines in a pano? Somtimes I get them sometimes I don't. I thought that I had it figured out and put the camera in manual mode but I still get thoes ugly lines.

Not sure about the lines on the pano. On my camera, I get dark bands on pano's sometimes, especially in the sky part of the photo. I think it is due to ca, but not sure.. how many shots did you shoot for that pano?? looks like 3?

Lan-lord, Thanx for the welcome although I have been here before. It has been a while. I got really busy this summer, and I lost my hard drive about 2 months ago and it has taken me some time to get my "favorites" back. I'm still missing a couple.

Anyway I am now "BrokenHorn," formaly known as "BlackTimber."
Yes I used 3 shots for the pano.

Nice shots and welcome back, What program do you use to stitch the pics together. I have had real good success with panaromaicfactory I think is what it is called.
