Take your animals to be processed at:

They'll professionally cape out your animal, cut your meat to order, vaccum pack and load it into your cooler with dry ice, all for a VERY reasonable cost. They did my Axis buck overnight.

Make sure you stop at the Oasis Outback at least once. I bought my 5 day license there and fell in love with the place.

Uvalde has whitetail so thick, it reminds me of ants on sugar.

i'll talk to my brother and get the exact name of the ranch. our ranch in ulvalde hit the wall. the ranch foreman let the place go, to chase the devil in the bottle. pigs got scarce. i hunted a new ranch, that was fun and fantastic..not in ulvalde. i'll search my email archives.

We are going to Gonzales Texas on this trip.Private ranch.Most of the pig hunting in Texas is on private ranches.

We will go again later this year. Perhaps in Dec.I have a freind who has a ranch in Texas (no pigs on his ranch) but he goes with a guy that charges him $125.00 per day to shoot all the pigs he can find.
He goes out there with a generator and a deep- freeze in his truck and fills it up.
We'll be going with him next time.
