The law- use of Radios?????

Ok. Whats the law on use of radios? can anyone cite the code?

Heard something the other day that didnlt sound right. Want to make sure I stay on the right side!

Depends on which state. Here in CA I believe it ok to use hand helds.
Best to pick up and read the regs though...

It's legal to use radios in CA. We hashed this out several years back when some called Sacramento to make sure. I originally thought it wasn't legal back then.
