I was the lucky one that drew the period 1 bull.

Anyone have any stories on this hunt? I think there are a couple of you out there that may have hunted it or one of the nearby hunts.

Congrats on the tag I had it in 04. It was a very fun hunt my recomendation would be to get camo in sage brush color, Also would suggest a good pair of knee pads as the elk tended to bed in the sage and your crawling up on them. I got withen 60 yards of several nice bulls and finally scored my bull on the last day. Have fun its a heck of a fun tag you have.
