I was pretty dissapointed about how bad the squirrels chowed down on the first one, they didn't leave much behind. I think 1/2 the rack is actually gone, pretty sure this had 5 points on it.

The second one I found on the last 5 minutes of my hunt, from the 4-wheeler. I still don't know how I even saw it. I would like to see the palmation in a couple more years. Field picuture below.

I have found 3 sheds so far this year, all right sides?

Coyotebandit,

Man, I am impressed how the squirrels and animals just destroy the antlers back east. I find antlers out here chewed up, but you can tell the chewing doesn't start until the sheds have been on the ground for awhile. Maybe its because they are hard to find

I do have to laugh though, you mention all right sides. In my last two years of shed hunting, I have only been able to find left sides, how lucky (or unlucky) is that?!

Congrats on those finds!!It's funny how some sheds will go all year with out the rodents finding them and others get hit right away.
I like that little one and the palamation it has now.

On a serious Note, wonder if this is why we have more problems than others, I have a Huge abundance of squirls in my areas as well, could it be there just eating them quicker than I can find them. Over the years I have spent alottt of hours in the woods and have located few sheds in all this time.

Looks like that 1 Horn was a pretty descent shed too. Well at least you found some. thats good.
