yeah normally they are but i still havent caught any. i am puzzled. they have been hitting my feeders every other night or so now so maybe they have moved off. that or all the equipment running has scared them off.

Small hogs can tear a trap to shreds, you would be amazed how powerful they are. Might want to look into buying a hog trap.

yeah i did, but for the money i can build an actual square pen hog trap. i am sometimes kinda lazy so i build round pens with t post. The only reason they tore up these two traps is the wire i used to attach the panels to the post. I have new thicker wire now. if they still tear it up then i will have to build one out of box tubing and panels.

Havent caught any more yet since the traps were tore up. 2 days ago i scared off about 6-8 that were small enough to fit through the cow panels. I could not get the gun up fast enough to shoot one.

Last night i shot a small one (maybe 50lbs) but it ran off and i did not feel like chasing it through the woods at night with only my .204 ar-15 with a night vision scope.

Here is a pic i got off the card a few days ago. I would say i deff. have a hog problem.
