me and my brother took a drive to check out a few properties for sale in the foothills.
Saw this guy right off the side of the road. pretty cool. I didn't have my binos, so I couldn't tell if that blue was a tag, or if they actually have a patch of blue feathers.. I'm guessing a tag.

then after taking a few photos of him, i'm going down the road when I see a few black spots down by the creek. they're not moving, but then i see a bunch of brown spots moving all around the bottom. sure enough, a nice group of piggies. i could barely make out some cutters on the pig (the one looking alert). looked like a couple decent size pigs in the group.
would have been an easy 150 yd shot. oh well...
thought i would share. now to find out whos place that is! :)

disclaimer for ethics police. when i say "would have been an easy 150 yard shot"
I mean only if i had written permission from the landowner, made sure there were no mountain lion cubs in the bullets path, and made sure i was wearing my blaze orange silk underwear.

Dang! You stole my thunder! I thought I had you nailed!

Seriously, cool pix. That's odd with the blue patch/tag on the eagle.

Nice pics.

Also make sure to tell the ethics police that you are using lead free bullets.

You forgot to make sure that you were five miles outside of condor habitat shooting anti-matter bullets!
