Well I preceded to filet my right index finger last night, so hope you guys know how to skin and gut hogs! we will see ya there[/b]

Never done a hog, but have a couple javelina under my belt & a deer.
As I'm not interested in getting a hog mounted, I'm willing to stumble through it on my own, if need be. Best way to learn, is to do.

I know some guys out here who make javi hunting look like a slam dunk, but I've had some trouble with it myself. Coues deer are easier to find than javi's, in my opinion, but javi's are one helluva lot easier to get close to once you do find them. That's what makes it such a great combo - one of the easiest stalks in bowhunting & what is probably the most difficult, all during the same season. Shot my '07 pig-a-lina at 8 yards. Still workin on the coues deer. Managed to miss 3 so far.... damn disgraceful!

Did you make sure they will be open when you get to town?
When exactly is the group arriving? I really hate to have to go to town twice.

This place opens at 9:00 & I'm going to be on their doorstep when they unlock the door. I'll be ready to go immediately afterwards.

For those hunting with Pigig. Don't worry too much about helping with gutting or skinning. With what he shoots it shouldn't be much of a chore!
<
And yes I did try and find the pic.
